End of Support
Artel Pipette Tracker (APT) software has entered its final phase of the product life cycle and we will not be in the position to support this product going forward. Artel will be discontinuing the support for all versions of APT, as of December 31, 2020.
The new ArtelWare has been developed to replace APT and we recommend that you upgrade to ArtelWare at this time. We can assist and support you throughout the transition.
Upgrade to ArtelWare
We’re here to help
The Artel Service team would appreciate the opportunity to help you migrate from APT to the new ArtelWare. We can provide you with a migration tool and IT documentation and can walk you through the process to ensure a smooth transition. With our new software, ArtelWare, we bundle in the annual calibration kit, software maintenance plan, and access to ArtelWare.
The PCS is the best and easiest way to calibrate pipettes – and now the best way to ensure operator competency. Take advantage of the new ArtelWare module and assess operator skills. Using the training module, you can ensure the accuracy and precision of all manual pipetting steps are more uniform from analyst-to-analyst and assay reproducibility is improved.
This is always a challenge because every person doing manual pipetting on the bench is different. We needed to verify that they could perform to the same standards as our robots and vice versa. We can’t afford to deal with liquid transfer variability.
