We are all in this together

As the situation related to COVID-19 continues to evolve, we would like to reassure you that Artel is committed to the success of our customers, and to the health and well-being of employees, families and the communities we serve. Artel has implemented measures to safeguard the health of our workforce, maintain the continuity of our supply chain, and to ensure that throughout this challenging time you will have the products and services that we provide.

Artel’s support staff are telecommuting, our production personnel are working with all the recommended precautions, and our IT group has further bolstered our infrastructure to ensure dependable communications with our customers. We are experiencing no disruptions in our supply chain for either consumables or instruments, are working with our suppliers to assess and ensure their capacity, and are increasing our inventory well above our normal levels.

If you anticipate a significant change in your requirements, we would of course appreciate timely notification and we will do our utmost, as usual, to meet your needs.

We realize the special role which our customers play in global health, and in many cases their direct engagement with the diagnosis, containment and ultimately the prevention of COVID-19. By extension, Artel understands the critical role we play in ensuring the data integrity of our customers’ test procedures and assays, and takes it immensely seriously. As we have seen, the current economic and business situation is fluid and can change rapidly; Artel is constantly monitoring and making adjustments as needed.
